  • Liberating management's time and resources for business priorities by supporting and driving the IPO process

  • Take ownership and be the single port of contact for all things in relation to the IPO

  • The team must have solid hands on experience of running an IPO project

Execution

  • An experienced and dedicated team were tasked as single point of contact for all the intermediaries; Project plan, schedule and battery limits were established.

  • We prioritised ‘long lead’ items and identified potential bottlenecks; Steered alignment of all stakeholders to deliver to the project plan.

  • A leadership group with stakeholders was formed and tasked with making critical decisions and course corrections where required.

  • Worked alongside the management by providing comprehensive view (as opposed to plain coordination) on the comments and queries raised by intermediaries viz. BRLMs, Legal Counsels, Auditors, ICA etc. and thereby able to address and close matters in a comprehensive, practical and time bound manner.

  • Worked deeply with the stakeholders and assisted in understanding and reviewing various sections of the DRHP and to conclude the drafts in a time bound manner

  • Resolved disputes, conflicts, brought clarity etc. by providing practical insights and solutions for various IPO related items. As well as periodically steering everyone towards the project goal.
